Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange and Return:

1. Returns are accepted within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the product is in good condition and its original packaging is included.

2. Returned items must be in their original condition.

3. For electrical appliances covered by the company warranty but not covered by maintenance, the customer is responsible for the depreciation rate during the maintenance period.

We understand that you may have changed your mind. Simply contact customer service at 0573636796, and we will do our best to assist you, provided the order has not already been shipped.

Order Cancellation After Shipment:

We always strive for your convenience, but once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

You can receive the order and then submit a return request according to our applicable return policy.

Note: For returns after shipment, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (if applicable).

Order not received:

If the customer does not receive the order and the shipment is returned, the shipping fees paid to the shipping company will be deducted, whether for free or paid shipping.
